Kenneth Wiener is the founder of Cross Country Inspections and has been the driving force behind the company since its inception in 2004. With extensive experience in various real estate fields, including as a broker, appraiser, and inspector, Kenneth has successfully led the company through more than 18,000 inspections across Nevada.
He is also the current driving force behind The Accomplished Musician, showcasing his passion for music. A professional trumpet player, Kenneth also enjoys playing the clarinet, saxophone, and trombone as an amateur, reflecting his diverse musical talents.
Kenneth holds certifications as a Certified Inspector of Structures (Cert# IOS.0000822-RES) and held the Certified Residential Appraiser License until 2022(Cert# A.0005744-CR), underscoring his commitment to excellence and professionalism in the industry.
Position: Senior Vice President
Renee Wiener serves as the Senior Vice President of Cross Country Inspections and is the mother of Kenneth Wiener. Her dedication to the company and its mission is reflected in her supportive role.
Outside of her professional commitments, Renee enjoys sewing, listening to music, and going to live shows. She also loves playing cards with her friends, emphasizing her appreciation for social interactions and creative pursuits.

Sibyl Williams is our senior inspection coordinator and has been with Cross Country Inspections since September 2023. Her diverse career background includes roles in taxi cab dispatching and office customer service within the pharmacy industry, showcasing her strong organizational and communication skills.
Outside of work, Sibyl enjoys spending time and entertaining with her family, highlighting her passion for creating memorable experiences with loved ones.

Ruben Carrasco Maria is a dedicated team member at Cross Country Inspections, where he has been honing his skills and gaining valuable experience since he joined the company at the young age of sixteen in 2021. His passion for both the Real Estate Inspection and Retail Music Industries sets him apart as a multifaceted professional.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Ruben contributes significantly to the inspection team, ensuring that every property meets the highest standards. His role allows him to blend his interest in real estate with his love for helping others, making each inspection a rewarding experience.
Fluent in Spanish, Ruben effectively communicates with a diverse clientele, enhancing customer satisfaction and broadening the company's reach in the community.

A Certified Residential Home Inspector at Cross Country Inspections since 2008, Robert Mason has completed over 7,000 inspections in Southern Nevada. His expertise and commitment have been key to our continued success.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing and watching baseball, reflecting his passion for the sport. Before joining Cross Country Inspections, he was a long-haul truck driver, a career he gave up to become a home inspector, allowing him to spend more quality time with his family.
